  • Paneer
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Cream
  • Garam masala
  • Cumin

Instructions

  1. 1Blanch spinach and blend into smooth puree
  2. 2Fry paneer cubes until golden
  3. 3Sauté onions, add tomatoes and spices
  4. 4Add spinach puree, simmer for 10 minutes
  5. 5Add paneer and cream, serve with roti or rice
