  • Chicken/Vegetables

  • Yogurt
  • Saffron
  • Biryani masala
  • Mint

Instructions

  1. 1Marinate chicken/vegetables with yogurt and spices
  2. 2Partially cook basmati rice with whole spices
  3. 3Layer marinated meat and rice
  4. 4Cook on dum (low heat) for 25-30 minutes
  5. 5Garnish with fried onions, mint, serve with raita
