Ingredients

  • Semolina (rava)
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Green chilies
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • Cashews
  • Coconut oil
  • Water
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Dry roast semolina until fragrant; set aside.
  2. 2Heat coconut oil and temper mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. 3Add chopped onion, ginger, green chilies, and cashews; sauté until translucent.
  4. 4Add water and salt; bring to a rolling boil.
  5. 5Slowly add roasted semolina while stirring continuously.
  6. 6Cover and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  7. 7Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
