Ingredients

  • Raw rice
  • Grated coconut
  • Cooked rice
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. 1Soak raw rice and fenugreek seeds for 4-6 hours.
  2. 2Grind soaked rice, fenugreek, cooked rice, and coconut into a smooth batter.
  3. 3Add salt and water to achieve dosa consistency.
  4. 4Heat a dosa tawa and grease lightly with coconut oil.
  5. 5Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a thin circle.
  6. 6Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. 7Serve hot.
