  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla essence
  • Caramel

Instructions

  1. 1Make caramel by melting sugar until golden
  2. 2Pour caramel into mould and let it set
  3. 3Whisk eggs with milk, sugar, vanilla
  4. 4Pour mixture over caramel
  5. 5Steam for 30-40 minutes until set, chill and unmould
