  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom
  • Saffron
  • Pistachios

Instructions

  1. 1Make soft chenna from milk
  2. 2Knead and shape into flat discs
  3. 3Cook in sugar syrup until they puff up
  4. 4Prepare rabri by reducing milk with sugar
  5. 5Soak paneer discs in rabri, chill and serve
