  • Besan (gram flour)
  • Ghee
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom
  • Almonds

Instructions

  1. 1Roast besan in ghee until golden and aromatic
  2. 2Cool slightly and add powdered sugar
  3. 3Add cardamom powder and mix well
  4. 4Shape into round balls while warm
  5. 5Press an almond on top of each ladoo
