Ingredients

- 3 tbsp ragi (finger millet) flour
- 2 cups water
- 3 dates, chopped
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp crushed almonds
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Method
- 1Mix ragi flour with 1/4 cup cold water to make a lump-free slurry.
- 2Bring remaining water to a boil, then whisk in the slurry slowly.
- 3Cook on low flame for 6–8 minutes, stirring continuously, until it thickens.
- 4Stir in chopped dates and cardamom; cook another minute.
- 5Pour into a bowl, top with banana and almonds, serve warm.
