  • Urad dal
  • Toor dal
  • Vegetables
  • Tamarind
  • Sambar powder
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare idli batter by soaking and grinding rice and urad dal
  2. 2Steam in idli moulds for 10-12 minutes
  3. 3Cook toor dal with vegetables and tamarind
  4. 4Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, sambar powder
  5. 5Serve hot idlis with sambar
