  • Flattened rice
  • Peanuts
  • Onions
  • Green chilies
  • Turmeric
  • Curry leaves
  • Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse poha lightly and drain
  2. 2Heat oil, add mustard seeds, peanuts, curry leaves
  3. 3Add onions and green chilies, sauté
  4. 4Add turmeric, mix in poha gently
  5. 5Garnish with coriander and lemon juice
