Masala Dosa recipe — authentic Indian dish from Masala Spin

Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Urad dal
  • Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric

Instructions

  1. 1Soak rice and urad dal overnight, grind into smooth batter
  2. 2Ferment batter for 8-12 hours
  3. 3Boil and mash potatoes, sauté with mustard seeds, onions, turmeric
  4. 4Spread thin layer of batter on hot griddle
  5. 5Add potato filling, fold and serve hot with chutney
