Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces
  • Coconut oil
  • Onion
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Garam masala
  • Vinegar
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chili, coriander, pepper, garam masala, vinegar, and salt.
  2. 2Heat coconut oil in a pan; sauté onion and curry leaves until golden.
  3. 3Add marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. 4Cover and cook on low heat until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5Uncover and roast until the chicken is dry and well-coated with spices.
  6. 6Serve hot as a side dish.
