  • Sugar
  • Cumin
  • Black salt
  • Mint
  • Rock salt

Instructions

  1. 1Boil raw mangoes until soft
  2. 2Extract pulp and discard seed
  3. 3Blend pulp with sugar, salt, roasted cumin
  4. 4Dilute with chilled water
  5. 5Garnish with mint leaves, serve cold
