Method
- 1Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease it.
- 2Pour a ladleful of dosa batter and spread thinly in a circular motion.
- 3Once the edges start to crisp, spread 1-2 tbsp of Schezwan sauce.
- 4Add a portion of potato masala and sprinkle chopped onion, carrot, and bell peppers.
- 5Cook until golden brown and crispy, then fold in half.
- 6Remove from tawa and serve hot with coconut chutney.
