Method
- 1Cook pasta al dente; drain and set aside.
- 2In a pan, melt butter and sauté chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- 3Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.

- 5Add heavy cream and mix well. Season to taste.
