Method
- 1Boil 1.5 cups of water in a saucepan.
- 2Add Maggi noodles and the Maggi Masala sachet to the boiling water.
- 3Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are soft.
- 4Stir in a knob of butter and the grated cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy.
- 5If desired, add slit green chilies for extra spice.
- 6Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
